Cancellation Policy

For tours cancelled by you more than 48 hours prior to departure time, you will be fully refunded. Tours cancelled within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows, will incur a 100% charge.

If we cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, weather conditions, you will be offered an alternative day or be fully refunded.

Wanaka Wine Tours reserves the right to apply discretion in special circumstances.

Covid 19 Related Cancellations

If you test positive to Covid 19 (or are a close contact), then we’ll either let you re-book for a later date, or we’ll refund you (less a 4% booking charge).

The decision to accept/decline clients at point of departure remains the right of Wanaka Wine Tours and its guides. i.e. due to unacceptable health/ fitness reasons. In this case alternative options will always be offered.
